We are excited to have you participate in the Higher Purpose HUB Clean-Up Day for youth ages 18-21 on June 7, 2023, from 9 am to 2 pm.
This event is a great opportunity for our youth to come together and make a positive impact on their community while enjoying food, fun, and fellowship.
Please be aware that this event involves physical activity and outdoor work, and there are inherent risks involved. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and accept these risks and give your consent to participate in the event.
In consideration for participating, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Higher Purpose Co and the Higher Purpose HUB, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from this event.
I have read and understand the following information about the Higher Purpose HUB Clean-Up Day:
1. The event is for youth ages 18-21 and will take place at 238 Issaquena Ave Clarksdale, MS 38614, on June 7, 2023, from 9 am to 2 pm.
2. Each volunteer will receive fresh pizza and a t-shirt as a token of our appreciation, and volunteers who stay the entire 5 hours will receive a $50 gift card.
3. Protective hard hats, gloves, and trash bags will be provided for all participants.
4. Participants will be supervised by adult volunteers at all times during the event.
5. I understand that it is my responsibility to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for physical labor.
By completing the registration and confirming your participation in this event, you are acknowledging the liability that comes along with assisting us with the cleanup.
